Have you noticed how easy it is now to get an answer?

You can ask AI almost anything.

What is my home worth?
Is this a good neighbourhood?
Should I buy now or wait?
What are other people doing?
What does the market say?
What are the risks?
What are the opportunities?

And in seconds, you may have more information than you ever expected.

It can feel amazing.

It can also feel like drinking from a firehose.

Because more information does not always create more peace.

Sometimes it creates more pressure.

Sometimes it gives us so many options that we feel less clear than when we started.

And that is where I think we need to pause.

AI can tell you what thousands of people have done.

But it cannot truly know you.

It does not know your family in the way a real conversation can. It does not know the fear behind your question, the hope behind your dream, or the reason this decision feels bigger than just numbers on a page.

It can analyze.

It can compare.

It can summarize.

It can suggest.

But it cannot discern for you.

And discernment matters, especially when the decision involves your home, your money, your relationships, your timing, and the life you are trying to build.

That is why Ken and I often say that AI can be a helpful thought partner, but it should not become your thought leader.

There is a difference.

A thought partner helps you explore.

A thought leader starts guiding your direction.

And for major life and real estate decisions, you want more than direction from a machine. You want wisdom. You want perspective. You want someone who can listen for what is said and what is not said. You want someone who can ask the question beneath the question.

Sometimes the wisest next step is not a big one.

Sometimes it is not selling today.

Sometimes it is not buying today.

Sometimes it is not investing today.

Sometimes the wisest next step is simply getting clear.

Clear on what matters.
Clear on what you can afford.
Clear on what you actually want.
Clear on what waiting may cost.
Clear on what moving forward could make possible.

Because your best decision should not just fit the data.

It should fit your life.

That is why we offer a 15-minute clarity call.

Not because every question can be answered in 15 minutes.

It can’t.

But often, one wise conversation can help uncover the next right step.

And sometimes that is all we need at first.

One next step.

One clearer thought.

One better question.

One moment where the fog begins to lift.

So yes, use AI.

Use it for analysis. Use it for research. Use it to organize your questions and explore your options.

But when your home, your money, and your future are on board, invite trusted wisdom into the conversation too.

Because information may show you what is possible.

Wisdom helps you choose what is right.

With gratitude,
